service is to provide support to the Client in maintaining continuous workflow
of the HR and payroll department of the Company by:
substituting for personnel of the HR and payroll
department during long-term absences or providing support during periodic
intense workload;
solving payroll problems,
including help in removal of existing inaccuracies.
Our approach
"Emergency
Payroll" services allow the Client to find periodic substitute for
specialist competencies in HR and payroll in the event the Company faces any
problems resulting from absence.
These
services provide periodic support to the existing team of the Client's
employees by delegating certain tasks to the outsourcer's employees.
Scope of services
"Emergency Payroll" services involve, among
others:
emergency support related to substitution for HR
and payroll staff during long-term absences;
support in solving current payroll problems;
consultations with experts and specialists in the
scope of organizational and substantive matters applying to the HR and
payroll department;
support in tasks consisting
in correcting social insurance statements, issuing PIT-11 and others.
